Ordering goods on this website
When you submit an order to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an offer from you to buy those goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. No contract for the sale and purchase of those goods shall be formed between you and us until we accept your order by sending you acceptance in writing (Confirmation).
Payments
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Payment must be made by credit card using the online transactions facilities provided on our website.
If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your payment card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.
We may vary any prices on our website at any time without notice to you.
Availability, Cancellation and Rejection of Orders
All orders are subject to the availability of goods. We may reject or cancel any order due to unavailability of any good. If for any reason a good is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website.
Where you have already made payment for an order that is subsequently rejected or cancelled by us, we will refund the full amount paid by you in relation to that order.
You may cancel your order any time prior to Confirmation of shipping and tracking details. Once we have sent our Confirmation you may not cancel that order. Please choose carefully.
Delivery and Delivery Fees

Goods ordered via our website are eligible for delivery within Australia only. Australia wide delivery cost is a flat rate fee, as quoted at checkout.
Although we will endeavour to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
All deliveries require signature on delivery to ensure the quality of the product. Once you receive the tracking information please check on it so you are aware on when your order is going to arrive. You may be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not there when the delivery arrives and other attempts are required. Each attempt is charged.
Any authority to leave deliveries will be at your risk and we accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused to the goods.
Customs, duties and taxes
The Order Total displayed at checkout is inclusive of all applicable taxes for Australian domestic orders.
Exclusions
To the greatest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for all loss (including but not limited to claims, damages, injury) you, your agents and servants, or any third party may incur arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods and services to you. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to (at our option):
- replacement of the goods; or
