Founded in 1985 by David O’Connor and his wife Carole, Byron Bay Chocolate co. started off small with just a few lines. These days everyone is involved, with daughters Sally, Renae and son Darren moving the business forwards.
We only ever use the highest quality, freshest ingredients in the production of our chocolates. It’s the quality of our product that has driven our long term success and it’s why people always want more.
