Do you deliver?

Yes!  We deliver Australia wide.  International delivery is currently unavailable.

How much does it cost?

$25 flat rate per pack, sent anywhere within Australia.

How long will delivery take?

Our products are temperature sensitive. Orders are only shipped on Mondays (excluding public holidays) and deliveries are only made within business hours. For orders placed on a Monday, we will do our best to ship that same day however this cannot be guaranteed. Online orders that don’t meet Monday’s shipping will be sent on the next available shipping cycle. Online orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will only be processed during business days and hours.

Once dispatched, delivery to metropolitan areas typically takes 3 business days.  Delivery may take longer depending on your location, public holidays and demand on delivery partners (Eg; Seasonal Holidays). Orders may also be impacted by COVID-19 or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please keep in mind that your chocolates come straight from Byron Bay, this is considered a regional area for shipping purposes and orders may take up to 7 working days for final receipt of delivery.

We will send a confirmation when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details and estimated delivery time.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. We require a physical address for delivery, no PO boxes. As perishable goods, it is best if someone can be home or even better at a workplace to receive the delivery to ensure the goods are delivered in good condition. You may be charged a re-delivery fee if you are not there on receipt of delivery and other attempts are required.

Any authority to leave deliveries will be at your risk and we accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused to the goods.

How are the goods packaged?

Every care is taken to ensure our chocolates get to you in good condition.  All our products are shipped in robust packaging it helps to ensure that the product arrives in the best condition possible. However, it does not guarantee it. If there is a heatwave (anything over 30 degrees) we cannot guarantee the product will arrive un-damaged. If this is a concern please contact us prior to placing your order.
